Product Strategy & Design Intern — Plaiced (AI Social-Listening SaaS)

- Conducted competitor research and user-flow mapping to define an ‚ an ~10-item MVP backlog in collaboration with the product lead. - Designed wireframes and interactive Figma prototypes that trimmed onboarding steps from 9 to 5 in an internal usability test. - Facilitated sprint planning and backlog grooming alongside 2 designers and 2 engineers,coordinating daily stand-ups and a two-week release cadence.
